Cat's Eco-friendly Kids party business grew quickly. She had lots of bookings and she had to hire new team members quickly.

Despite the volume of parties, she wasn't charging enough and barely made any profit.
She had no contracts and boundaries in place so her team members were stealing her ideas for their own parties.
She had no systems in place and was working non-stop while having two young kids.
She was super stressed.

Created new offers to answer some of her clients needs.

The Outcome
Cat's goal to have 100 parties in 2022 ended up being 303 parties!
She was the Runner up for the Sustainability Awards in 2022 (Waverley Council).
She now has time for the gym and her kids (balanced work/life) and secured reliable and loyal team members.
Cat also created a sustainable 5 figure month profitable business doing what she loves!
